Every engagement begins with a Confidential Diagnostic — a 30-minute conversation with no obligations and no formalities. We'll identify what you're trying to solve and whether there's a fit.
Interim and fractional engagements are retainer-based, paid in advance, with a three-month minimum. Retainers typically start at $8,000/month, with scope and structure determined during that initial conversation.
Project-based and advisory engagements are also available for specific situations.
